''Protection for the field, travel, and general use'' by Mark USA

You may temember back in the day how serious cameras always had a hard leather case for protection. We moved to just carry the camera on a strap, but using a camera in general exposes it to little impacts when going through doors and the like. While I am not convinced it would give full drop protection, it does help with the minor bumps. This is my second case of this type, as I have one on an underwater and sports camera. I would like to see one improvement: have a white dot at about 2 oclock on the lens ring for lining up a lens to be mounted, as on the body itself.
